He looks after all our clients big and small, and makes sure they get the best possible service and customer care possible. Nicholas is also our bird exclusion and wildlife trapping specialist. When you call with a pigeon problem for example, Nicholas will come and complete a site inspection and give you a proposal on how we can solve your bird problem permanently. Nicholas is a very positive good natured Aussie, I am sure you will like to deal with him.   Rana moved from Edmonton where he just recently completed his studies (PHD) at the University of Alberta in Biological Sciences. Rana started his academic studies in Pakistan at the University of Agriculture in Faisalabad where he received the Master of Science degree. He has an impressive list of accreditations including the “Rising Star Award” from the University of Alberta. Rana is a great asset to this company, with his technical knowledge we will be on the cutting edge of innovative pest control.
