I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the services provided by your pest company and in particular, Tushar Pandya. Both times he was at my house he was punctual, very knowledgeable and in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely thorough both inside and out, found the hole where he thought the mice were entering from the outside and plugged it up. Both on his first and second visit, he vacuumed up the “evidence” of the mice in hidden places such as underneath the dishwasher.

His attention to detail seems to have done the trick and it appears that there are no more mice in my house. As with all of your clients, I hope I never need your services again (haha!) but if I ever do I would not hesitate to call you back. Also, I would be pleased to recommend your company to anyone who has pest issues.

Just wanted to mention that I was very pleased with Erik, who came to my house to help with the ant problem. He is the first person, since Conrad came 3 years ago, who actually thoroughly searched our property for hot spots and wanted to treat the nests to solve the problem for good. I have not seen any ants (except for a couple dead ones) in the basement. That’s another thing. Erik layed the ant bait liquid under the baseboards where it could not be seen at all. This made me feel much better since I have small kids. Last year, the guy who came left gobs of it right out in the open, which I had to go around and clean up myself later.

Erik was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me about the large Thatching Ants that are a problem on our back rock wall and was very thorough in spraying back there. I would definitely ask to have him back, if needed. You are by far the best company for ant problems, however, last year I was not very please with the guy who came out to deal with our issue as he did not seem interested in even hearing about the problem, or doing more than to just get in and get out. I was unsure about whether I would call again but in the previous years I was so pleased with Conrad, and this year Erik has reassured me that APC is a great, reliable and reasonbly priced company!

This is the first time I’ve used Absolute, found them to be kind of expensive, they came out to drop of the trap cost 85, called them twice to pick up the skunks which was fine cost 170, and then another 85 for them to come and pick up their equipment. I guess I don’t understand why you pay a company to come and pick up their own equipment, if he had told me I would have brought it to their shop myself. All in all job well done.
